Review the current position
Describe the activity, team, tools and difficulties encountered. Recent accounts and upcoming events help establish context. For a new business, the project, quotations and operating assumptions provide a starting point.
Define the engagement and deliverables
We distinguish recurring work from specific needs: bookkeeping or review, annual accounts, payroll, forecasts, reporting or support for structural changes. Content, timing and responsibilities are set out in the engagement letter. Additional contributions are identified for the matter concerned.
